"John has extensive experience working with other agencies and knows how to get things done."

"John and I worked side-by-side at the Linn County Sheriff’s Office for thirty-eight years. Upon becoming Sheriff, John became my obvious choice for Chief Deputy, serving as my second-in-command for the agency.

I believe that he is clearly the person best suited for this position (Linn County Supervisor). His experience as a council member and mayor for the City of Center Point also make him well prepared for this position."

-Brian D. Gardner, Linn County Sheriff
